Return Eligibility

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defective product, damaged item, or wrong product sent, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size or color ordered), the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

International Returns

We accept returns from customers worldwide. Please note:

  • Return shipping labels will only be provided for defective or incorrect items.
  • For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll promptly evaluate the issue and provide a solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.


Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

For exchanges, return the item you have, and once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

European Union Customers

Customers in the EU have a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing them to cancel or return their order for any reason within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original condition, with proof of purchase.
